Cape Fear CREW announces State of the Market: CRE luncheon, featuring some of the region’s top leaders in economics and planning.

Cape Fear CREW, the leading organization for women in commercial real estate in the Cape Fear region, announces its first luncheon program for 2022, State of the Market: CRE, featuring some of the region’s top leaders in economics and planning. The luncheon will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Cape Fear Country Club from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Moderated by Greater Wilmington Business Journal assistant editor and real estate reporter, Cece Nunn, the panel will include UNCW Department Chair of Economics and Finance, Adam Jones, City of Wilmington Interim Director of Planning, Ron Satterfield and Brunswick County Planning Director, Kirstie Dixon. The speakers will discuss economic trends affecting growth in the region along with insights into the planning and zoning initiatives that are driving business development and land use in the Cape Fear Region.
 
Members and guests are welcome. Tickets are $25 and are available here. All Cape Fear CREW in-person events will be governed by COVID-19 venue guidelines at that time.
