Membership levels are based on career experience in a qualified fields of commercial real estate (QFCRE).  We encourage all industry professionals with experience in one of the QFCREs to apply.

We Offer Several Opportunities To Join Us
Every CREW member contributes to the collective knowledge, experience and voice of both Cape Fear CREW and CREW Network. We welcome industry leaders and future leaders by offering several membership categories. Requirements vary for these membership levels:

Full Membership

Annual Dues $365 ($185 for members approved between July 1st to October 31st)

Associate Member

Annual Dues $365 ($185 for members approved between July 1st to October 31st)

  • Same qualifications as a Full Member but has fewer than five years of experience.

Affiliate Member

Annual Dues $365 ($185 for members approved between July 1st to October 31st)

  • Individual is employed full time in a position for which the primary responsibilities relate to, benefit, or support commercial real estate and/or supplies a service or physical product related to commercial real estate (e.g. roofing, carpeting, landscaping, painting, furniture, media, etc.)

Retired Member

Annual Dues $185

  • An existing member who is retiring, and therefore is not eligible for any of the above membership categories, but who would like to remain involved in Chapter activities.
    • Retired members are encouraged to participate in a mentor program to assist newer members in their career objectives and CREW involvement.

Student Member

Annual Dues (Undergraduate $185) / (Graduate $210)

  • To qualify for Student Membership, an applicant must be enrolled (a) full time at an accredited university (b) as an undergraduate or graduate student (c) with the majority of his/her classes focused in a qualified field of commercial real estate.

Membership Application

Membership dues and $25 application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
