Welcome to Cape Fear CREW, Jack Sandlin of Clarendon Properties!
Jack has been in the commercial real estate and development field for a little over six months after graduating from North Carolina State University. Jack grew up in the world of CRE because his father is a local developer. Jack decided to join him and learn more about the business by becoming an Associate Project Manager for Clarendon Properties, where he oversees and manages hotel and dental office developments in both North Carolina and South Carolina. His favorite aspect of this role is learning more about construction projects and having the opportunity to visit construction sites and talk with contractors.
Jack's goal is to become a great project manager and, by learning more about the development process, he hopes to one day take on developments of his own. Cape Fear CREW and CREW Network can help Jack by introducing him to new relationships within other sectors of the CRE field in the Wilmington area, the Cape Fear region and nationally. He is looking for synergistic relationships with other CREW members to do business together as his career grows. Interior designers, FFE companies, environmental planners, and contractors are all good referrals for Jack.
Although Jack is busy kicking off his career, he does find time for fun by playing golf.
