Welcome to Cape Fear CREW Cathy Seraphin!
Cathy Seraphin is Business Development Coordinator at St. Moritz Building Services, where she is responsible for building relationships with, and securing business from, individuals responsible for commercial janitorial services.
St. Moritz Building Services provides janitorial services to a wide variety of commercial industries – educational centers, commercial office spaces, industrial/manufacturing/distribution centers and financial institutions.
Good leads for Cathy are facilities managers, operations managers, purchasing managers or property managers who are involved in the selection of janitorial service providers.
“Tenacious is the word I believe best describes me,” Cathy said. “In my tenacity, I find myself constantly looking for new ways to grow and learn. In addition to learning and growing, I have a passion for better understanding human behavior. My goal is to be the change that I want to be in the world; but to change the world, you must first understand how it operates.”
Cathy was born in Haiti, but grew up in Florida before relocating recently to North Carolina.
“I consider it an achievement to move to a completely new state away from my friends and family,” Cathy said. “It has grown and shaped me as an individual and has provided me with new opportunities.”
Cathy is excited to join CREW, which is designed to bring together a group of people who are intentional about breaking down barriers and effecting growth and collaboration within the CRE industry. CREW provides her with an environment to develop both professionally and personally. Having an organization dedicated to breaking barriers and equipping individuals with the tools to build successful relationships and network groups positively impacts her ability to develop new business opportunities.
In Cathy’s spare time, you can find her trying new foods, at the gym and spending time with friends and family.
