Cape Fear CREW is pleased to announce the winners of the 2023 5^th Annual Awards of Excellence, held on February 16th, 2023 at the Wilmington Convention Center. The awards, which focus on the rapidly growing Cape Fear Region commercial real estate sector, recognize excellence and leadership in commercial real estate. The event was led by Cape Fear CREW President, Julie Dixon of Live Oak Bank, who said, “Congratulations to the very deserving winners of this year’s awards. This year’s field of submissions and finalists exceeded our expectations and the level of complexity and attention to detail on each was extraordinary.”
